Our commitment is to protect your privacy and manage your data responsibly. By accessing or using PenseeWeb, users explicitly acknowledge and irrevocably consent to all terms herein. This policy is legally binding and constitutes a valid electronic contract under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 10A) and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Information Collection and Usage

PenseeWeb processes and temporarily stores user-provided content, including text inputs for mindmap generation, YouTube links, and generated mindmaps. This data is automatically deleted after 24 hours without backup retention, adhering to data minimization principles necessary for service delivery. Our system collects technical information such as device details, IP addresses, and browser types, essential for service operation. Basic analytics data is maintained solely for website functionality, with no storage of personally identifiable information beyond the minimum required for service provision. Email addresses provided by users for mindmap delivery are not retained post-delivery and are never used for marketing communications. Strict deletion protocols ensure email information is removed immediately after successful content delivery.

3. Advertising and Revenue Generation

Advertisements are displayed exclusively on the form submission confirmation page through a frame format simulating TV ads, ensuring user privacy by keeping personal data separate from advertiser access. PenseeWeb employs platforms like Google AdSense, adhering to their privacy requirements. Although third-party advertisers may use tracking technologies, we do not control these mechanisms. Users can manage advertising preferences, including opting out of personalized ads, via browser settings.

Data is processed for mindmap generation, maintaining website functionality, delivering advertisements, improving services, and providing customer support under strict data protection guidelines. Our data processing aligns with Section 43A of the Indian IT Act, implementing security practices and conducting regular audits to comply with Indian regulations. All data processing activities are conducted strictly under legitimate business purposes as defined in Rule 4 of the Information Technology Rules, 2011. Users grant explicit, informed, and revocable consent for all data processing activities. Processing adheres to the principle of proportionality under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.
